Terms of service

Last updated: 27 July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of zyvirastyle.com and any purchase made from Zyvira.

By visiting the website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and other applicable notices.

About Zyvira

Zyvira is an online artificial and fashion jewellery brand operated by Jagrutiben Gopalbhai Patel from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or are using the website with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order or contacting us.

Products and Product Information

Zyvira offers artificial, imitation and fashion jewellery. Products are not real gold, real silver, natural diamonds or precious gemstones unless expressly stated on the relevant product page.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, measurements, materials, finish and appearance accurately. However:

  • Colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography and screen settings.
  • Minor variations may occur in handmade, hand-finished or individually assembled products.
  • Product suitability, skin sensitivity and allergic reactions can vary from person to person.
  • A product is not guaranteed to be hypoallergenic unless expressly stated.

Please review the product title, description, photographs, measurements, material information and usage instructions before purchasing.

Prices and Payments

Product prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges and payment options are displayed on the website or during checkout.

Prices and promotions may change without prior notice. A price change does not affect an order already accepted, except where there is an obvious technical or pricing error.

Available payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, supported online-payment methods, COD or Partial COD. The options displayed at checkout are the options available for that order.

You authorise the relevant payment provider to process the information required to complete your transaction.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order may be reviewed, verified, accepted, placed on hold or cancelled.

Zyvira may cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary because of:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect price or product information
  • Payment failure
  • Incomplete customer information
  • Suspected fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity
  • Delivery-service limitations
  • Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of previous orders

If an accepted prepaid order is cancelled by Zyvira, the eligible payment will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

COD and Partial COD

COD is available only for eligible products, order values and serviceable PIN codes.

Zyvira may require order confirmation, identity verification or an advance payment before dispatching a COD order. Any advance-payment or Partial COD condition will be communicated or displayed before the order is confirmed.

Shipping and Delivery

Dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates and are governed by our Shipping Policy.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and contact number. Address changes are not guaranteed after order processing or dispatch begins.

Courier delays caused by weather, public holidays, local restrictions, transportation disruption, remote-location routing or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect delivery.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations are governed by Zyvira's Return and Refund Policy.

An eligible return request must generally be raised within 3 calendar days of delivery. Continuous unboxing evidence may be required for damaged, wrong, missing, defective or tampered-delivery claims.

Website Accounts and Security

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and activity conducted through your account.

You must notify Zyvira promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
